Affording Care
Our Financial Process
This is a cash pay program. We do not accept, will not bill and will not provide documentation to provide insurance companies. If you wish to use your insurance, please discuss other programs with our team.
Your initial consultation with our intake team is complimentary. Your physician follow up is $500. Saline sonograms are $550. Bloodwork can be billed to your insurance (you are responsible for determining if you have benefits) or is the cost of the lab that you use.
Once you decide to participate in the program, your non-refundable deposit of $3,000 will be collected. This amount is deducted from your final program fee. This allows you to select your donor sperm and egg choices or your transfer-ready embryos.
You will confirm your donor sperm and egg selections or you will confirm your transfer ready embryos by signing consents and contracts. Upon signing the documents, the balance of your program fee becomes due. The time between these two payments may be relatively short so you should have all of your funding in place prior to beginning this journey.
In the event of a refund, all refunds are provided within 30 days of the written request. Refunds are only eligible for patients who are qualified for our refund program and received an eligibility document in advance of their first embryo transfer. If you pay your program fees and decide not to move forward (no embryo transfer), a maximum of $10,000 will be refunded for ANY program. In some cases this amount will be less.
